Over 2 million people in the US will experience a new diagnosis of cancer in 2023. Last year, Chella Brown, who is a nurse, was stunned to be diagnosed with Stage IV colorectal cancer. Despite her medical background, she experienced significant trauma as she struggled to find her footing in the midst of chemo and surgery. In our most recent Stronghold Ministry podcast, Chella shares with Joe Fornear how the Lord, her friends, and her cancer support group walked her through. I first met Stronghold ministry in 2014 when I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. I became cancer free, then one year ago I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. After surgery, chemo, and radiation I’m cancer free, but the recovery ❤️🩹 has been tough. I’m meeting with my radiation oncologist this afternoon because I need help.
